This Henkels Zwilling Self-Sharpening 7 Piece Knife Block Set features an ash wood knife block with a stainless steel cap.

This knife block set includes a paring knife, serrated utility knife, non-serrated utility knife, santoku knife, chef’s knife and a pair of kitchen shears.

The block features self sharpening KIS technology to protect the knives from becoming blunted. Each of the stainless steel knives in this set has a matching slot with integrated ceramic sharpening stones at the optimum angle for each knife to be maintained individually (excluding the steak knives).
