We recommend washing Jomafe Montana steak knives by hand. We do not recommend put it in the dishwasher, however, if you do, we recommend rinsing them before putting them. Do not use abrasive detergents, do not load too many pieces of cutlery in the basket, to avoid them colliding with each other during washing. Make sure that all knives are placed in the basket with the blades facing upwards and separated from the other cutlery items. As soon as the machine completes the washing cycle it is recommended that all cutlery items are immediately removed and cleaned with a soft cloth, especially knives. Dry the cutlery with a soft cloth immediately after washing. Do not immerse the items in water and/or detergents for long periods and avoid keeping them wet.
