Customers must inform us of their intent to return an item with 14 days of receipt of the item.

Should a customer have any reason to return a product, they must complete the returns form on this page, email or contact by written letter within 14 days of receiving the delivery. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

If a customer wishes to return a product bought on our site, we must be notified via returns form, email or written letter within 14 days of receiving the item(s) in question. Item(s) must be returned to us via recorded delivery within 14 days of such notification. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent.

If the 14^th day is on the weekend or public holiday, the next working day will be considered the 14^th day.

Returned goods which do not meet the above criteria, unless otherwise agreed, will be considered as ‘In Dispute’. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to re-ship such items back at the customer’s cost otherwise they will be disposed of after 30 days.

If all product(s) are damaged or faulty upon delivery, refunds will be for the full amount inclusive of shipping.

If a certain product(s) are damaged or faulty upon delivery, but other product(s) arrived fit for purpose and as described, refunds will be for the purchase price of the product(s) in question exclusive of shipping (except in instances where multiple shipping charges were applied to the product(s) in question).

If a product(s) arrives fit for purpose and as described, but the customer finds that it doesn’t fit or is not exactly what they wanted or they have simply changed their mind, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). Product(s) must be returned in original packaging and be in re-saleable condition. Once the product(s) are received and pass quality checks the refund will be issued.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed. The customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
